Hotel/Airport Transfer Information: The following are options you have when joining the Nashville tour:
  1. You can fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA) on the first scheduled day of the tour.
  2. You can drive to Nashville and meet the group at the hotel on the first scheduled day of the tour.
Arranging Flights at Nashville International Airport (BNA):
Schedule arrivals into BNA as close to Noon as possible but prior to 3:00 pm on the first day of the tour. Schedule departures from BNA on the last day of the tour as close to, but not prior to, 11:00 am.

Hotel/Airport Transfer Information:
A Branson Vacation Tours (BVT) representative will arrive at the Nashville (BNA) airport at approximately 11 am on the first day of the tour. Transportation is provided to the hotel. Late arrivals, or those choosing not to wait for the scheduled transfer, must arrange transportation to the hotel at their own expense.

Transportation is also provided back to the airport on the last day of the tour. Motor coach transfer is scheduled to arrive BNA at approximately 9:45 am.

  • In order to protect your purchase we strongly recommend the purchase of the Travel Cancellation Protection Plan (TCPP) which is priced at $129.00 per person.
Terms and Conditions: Prices shown for packages are per person and are subject to availability and change.  A deposit of $250 per person is required for booking a package. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations of 91 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of all funds received, less a $79 per person processing fee. 90 to 61 days prior to tour date, a $250 per person fee is charged. 60 to 31 days prior to tour date, 50% of the tour cost is charged. 30 days or less prior to tour date, there is no refund.

The customer is also responsible for cancellation penalties imposed by airlines or other transportation carriers. We recommend you consider some form of trip cancellation protection available through your travel agent. All cancellations must be faxed in writing to the tour supplier.

Itinerary adjustments and substitutions are made to minimize inconvenience, and ensure that a high standard of quality is maintained during the tour.
