CMA Music Festival 2012 Package ONE

Four-night package (arrival Thursday, June 7, 2012 - departure Monday, June 11) starting at $605 per person, double occupancy including taxes and one-day admission to the Country Music Hall of Fame.  LOWER-Premium, and CLUB-Premium level seating is still available.

Fan Fair Package ONE includes:

• Four nights hotel (Minimum stay: 4 nights except Renaissance which requires 5 night minimum stay) - extra nights can be added and are recommended to take full advantage of CMA Fest schedule of events.)
• Continental breakfast at most hotels except as noted below
• LOWER-Premium (Sections 113, 114 & 133, and CLUB-Premium (Section 211 & 213) seating. at LP Field for the nightly concerts and admission to the Riverfront Stages and Exhibit Hall. (click here to see LP Field seating chart)

Not included in prices shown below: Packages prices do not include transportation, parking fees imposed by hotels and attractions, telephone calls or any amenity not included in the listed package inclusions. Downtown and West End usually hotels charge guests separately for parking - rates vary. The Opryland Hotel also charges guests for parking.

Terms and conditions for 2011 Package ONE: 
FOR GOLD CIRCLE LEVEL SEATS: A $350 per person NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your seat(s). Final balance due no later than March 1, 2012. 
FOR FLOOR, LOWER, CLUB LEVEL SEATS: A $250 per person deposit is required to confirm your seat(s). This deposit becomes non-refundable after December 1, 2011. Optional features purchased must be prepaid at time of purchase.  Final balance due no later than March 1, 2012. 

Payments accepted by check, money order or most major credit cards. All prices are $US and subject to change and availability.

Cancellation fees and refunds for 2011 Package ONE:

• December 2, 2011 - March 1, 2012: $250 per person cancellation fee($350 for Gold Circle)
• After March 2, 2012 packages are nonrefundable.
  
• Some hotels require a minimum number of nights stay therefore no refunds can be made if you depart early from those hotels. 
• Optional features are non-refundable.
• No show, no refund.
